Medical help to stop depression

You should seek medical advice and treatment with your doctor. It is your doctor’s place to diagnose and treat depression. Our work is in no way intended to replace medical care. We offer training, education, coaching, suggestion and ideas. In no way are we medical or alternative. Our work is complementary.

Characteristics or Symptoms of Depression

Generally, depression carries some characteristics or symptoms such as, but not limited to:

  • Inadequacy
  • Frustration,
  • Despair
  • Exhaustion,
  • Sleeplessness
  • Anger
  • Overeating
  • Poor appetite

This pattern of behavior seems to be a never-ending loop. Even if the person knows the “why”, they often feel hopelessness. We help you to use NLP and Hypnosis to get to where you want to be, not where you’ve been.

To help you to stop depression, we work with how you think and do not take you back into the past to re-experience it and find out “why.” It is rarely helpful. It doesn’t help the person stop depression. The good thing about the past is that it’s over.

NLP is about how your brain works and how language operates on the brain. In NLP, we operate on the presupposition that language, internal (thinking) and external (speaking) creates our reality. So we train you in creating freedom, choice and flexibility in your patterns of thinking, feeling, Imaging and behaving. Hypnosis is used to access resources, given the amazing power of your unconscious mind. We are brain trainers and do not promise a cure. We assist you to build more choice and flexibility in your thinking and patterns of behavior, as you learn how to use the resources you already have and ones we offer.

How long will the treatment take?

Our trained, professional NLP and Hypnosis practitioners will be able to tell you how many sessions it will take on your first appointment. Some clients require 3 to 4 sessions. Others may take only 2. You can stop depression and experience a more joyful and fulfilling life. Just imagine what that will look feel like.
